Trail Location - How to Find Us

We're easy to find! Mount Vernon is located one hour northeast of Columbus, Ohio, on State Routes 3, 13 and 36. (click for map)

From I-70, take State Route 13 north through Newark to Mount Vernon, turn right on Mount Vernon Avenue (just past the McDonald's), and go about one mile. Trailhead and parking are on your right.

From Cleveland, take I-71 south to the State Route 13 exit. Go south on State Route 13 through Mount Vernon to Mount Vernon Avenue. (If you go past McDonald's, you've gone too far.) Turn left on Mount Vernon Avenue and go about one mile. Trailhead and parking are on your right.

From Columbus, take I-71 north to State Route 36 exit. Take State Route 36 into Mount Vernon, take State Route 13 south through Mount Vernon, turn left on Mount Vernon Avenue (if you go past McDonald's, you've gone too far.) and go about one mile. Trailhead and parking are on your right.
